1. Processing & Handling

Our logistics team initiates the fulfillment process immediately after an order is placed. Please allow approximately 3 business days for quality inspection, packaging, and hand-off to our carrier partners.

  • Note: Orders submitted during the weekend will be processed and dispatched starting the following Monday.

2. Delivery Timelines & Rates

We provide a transparent, worldwide flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD. Once dispatched, your package is estimated to arrive within 10–20 business days.

3. Potential Delays

While we strive for punctuality, certain factors beyond our influence—such as customs clearance protocols or local postal service disruptions—may occasionally extend transit times. We appreciate your understanding should these rare delays occur.

4. Shipment Tracking

Stay updated on your order’s progress! A Shipping Confirmation email containing a unique tracking ID will be sent to you the moment your package leaves our facility. You can monitor your delivery status at: www.17track.net (Please allow a few days for the carrier to synchronize the tracking data online.)

5. Consolidated vs. Split Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. Consequently, your items may arrive in separate parcels. You will receive a distinct tracking number for every package dispatched.

6. Modifying Your Order

Time is of the essence for any changes. If you need to update your shipping address, contact details, or item specifications (size/color), please email support@vrginsin.com within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Requirements: Include your Order Number (e.g., 071SHOP-1128) and your Order Email.

  • Disclaimer: Once an order has entered the processing stage, we cannot guarantee modifications, though we will make every effort to assist you.

7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed, the courier typically leaves a notice and secures the package at a nearby post office. We recommend contacting your local postal provider directly with your tracking ID.

  • Please note: VRGINSIN is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect the package.

8. Monitoring Transit Duration

If your delivery appears delayed, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the Last Update: If the tracking has been updated within the last 7 days, your package is still in active transit.

  2. Contact Support: If there has been no movement or update for more than 7 consecutive days, please email us with your order details so we can initiate an inquiry.

9. Lost or Misplaced Parcels

  • Lost in Transit: If a package is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier during transit, we will arrange a complimentary replacement for you.

  • Delivered Status: Our liability ends once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If the status shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or building security. We do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen items after confirmed delivery.

11. Final Terms & Conditions

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Estimates: All delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates.

  • Duties & Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by their local government.

  • Data Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing valid shipping information.

  • Ownership Transfer: Our responsibility for the shipment concludes upon the carrier's confirmation of delivery.
