1. Standard Sales Policy

Please be advised that all transactions are final. We do not accept general returns or exchanges. The only exceptions to this policy are cases involving verified manufacturing defects, shipping damages, or the delivery of an incorrect product.

2. Resolving Quality Issues & Damages

We take great pride in our product standards. If you receive an item that is faulty, compromised during transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact our support team immediately.

Claim Requirements:

  • Notification Period: You must report any issues within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

    1. Your Order Number and registered Email.

    2. A brief explanation of the problem.

    3. High-quality photos or video clips clearly demonstrating the defect or error.

3. Claim Assessment & Resolutions

Once we receive your evidence, our specialists will review the case. Resolutions are determined individually and may include:

  • Dispatching a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Issuing a partial refund.

  • Issuing a full refund to the original payment source.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is authorized, it will be automatically applied to your initial payment method. Most credits appear in your account within 7 to 12 business days. Please note that the exact timing depends on your financial institution's internal processing schedules.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not facilitate traditional exchanges. Our team only provides replacement items for products that arrive damaged or defective, provided a formal claim has been submitted and approved.

6. Unauthorized Return Shipments

Important: Do not mail items back to our facilities without explicit instruction from our support staff.

  • To be eligible for any form of compensation, a claim must be initiated and approved first.

  • Any parcels returned to us without prior authorization will not be processed, and we cannot offer refunds or replacements for such unauthorized shipments.
